Keith joined the financial services industry in 1984 and has over 40 years’ experience in providing strategic financial planning advice and investment management services to a select number of longstanding clients and organisations.
Keith holds a Diploma of Financial Planning and sits on the Boards of three not for profit organisations.

Mark has been with Foundation Planning Services for 28 years and is responsible for financial, statutory and management accounting functions. Mark has over 30 years’ experience as an Accountant and is an accredited CPA under the Australia Society of Certified Practising Accountants.
Kathy has been in the financial planning industry for 20 years and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Financial Planning). Prior to joining Foundation Planning Services, Kathy worked as a paraplanner for GESB Financial Advice, Commonwealth Bank’s Financial Planning division and as a Financial Adviser for ANZ Bank.
Kathy has been working as a paraplanner for Foundation Planning Services for 4 years and assists in the formation of personalised strategies, research and preparation of advice documents to ensure that they meet the evolving compliance standards.
Simone has been working with Keith Sheppard for over 30 years managing the day-to-day administration of the office and assisting clients with administrative queries. Throughout Simone’s tenure she has built strong relationships with Keith’s long standing clients.
